WGW ¡ñ Wedge Windows (1¡ã, 2¡ã, 3¡ã)
Wedge windows are laser quality windows
manufactured with wedges of 1¡ã, 2¡ã, or 3¡ã. These
wedges prevent interference by stray reflection,
and have several applications in beam steering.
When using a wedge as an output coupling mirror
in a laser, usually the front surface is coated
with the partial reflecting coating and the
second surface with an antireflection coating.
